# part furnished fee is chargeable where more than one piece of free standing furniture is in the property however not all rooms are furnished.  This fee is is also chargeable where there are white goods in the property other than a cooker, hob and extractor.

Travel time is chargeable for any property outside of Peterborough.  The prices listed are excluded from trade commissions where a trade commission is deductible from our invoice the relevant percentage will be added to the amounts above.
